Overview and Sign in Assistance

Summary

ServicesForYou is a user-friendly way to submit service requests, check the status of a request, and find information to help you fix an issue on your own. ServicesForYou is available to MNPS Employees, Charter School Employees requesting MNPS services, and former MNPS Employees requesting Human Resource services.  

The Knowledge Base is the place to find helpful tips, step-by-step guides, and fix-it-yourself troubleshooting advice.

Use Services for available support options and to request a service.

Sign In

MNPS and Charter Employees:

Click 'Sign In' located next to the search box at the top of the page. 

Charter employees and MNPS employees using non-MNPS or personal devices will be prompted to sign in. The username format for ServicesForYou is [EmployeeID]@mnps.org (ex. 123456@mnps.org).  

Password Reset Assistance:

Charter and MNPS employees needing username or password reset assistance can contact the MNPS Technology Assistance Center at 615-269-5956. Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30pm.  

Former Employees:

Publicly available services, such as employment verifications, are available to former employees without having to sign in. Former employees can use the Knowledge Base and Services links above to access options available to them.

Parents and Students:

ServicesForYou is intended for use by MNPS and Charter employees. MNPS parents and students can visit the MNPS Website or reach out to their school for support information.
