Summary
This article guides timekeepers on how to pull the school’s SmartFind Report for payroll administration purposes. SmartFind is the employee management system for school substitutes, as well as the system where teachers request substitutes for leaves of absence.
Instructions
To generate the school’s SmartFind Report, timekeepers should complete the following sequential steps:
- Log into SmartFind Express.
- Choose the “Administrator” tab and select “Job Inquiry and Reports.”
- Within the menu, select “Job Type,” “Absences,” and “Job Status,” then choose “Finished & Verified.”
- The “Search from” should be the first day of the pay period, and the “Search to” should be the last day of the pay period.
- Select the “Search” button. This action will populate a list of jobs that can be exported into a report.
- Choose “Create Report.”
- Do not change anything on the “Job Report” menu, and then select “View Report.” This action populates an Adobe PDF of all jobs for download to your computer.
- Please ensure that all substitutes that has worked in your building also have a job In Smartfind.
- Submit all sub sign in sheets and sub time adjustments to timekeeper support.
Note: Don’t forget to compare this report to the Kronos Report pulled during payroll administration. We recommend that you pull this report daily.
