The President of the Professional Employee Organization (PEO) shall initiate each request for such professional leave and submit the request to the Director of Schools or designee at least one week in advance. The Director of Schools or designee will either approve the request and forward a copy to the professional employee’s executive principal or supervisor and the President or notify the President that the leave is not approved.
