Summary
This article guides timekeepers on how to generate the Splash R12 Roster for payroll administration purposes.
Instructions
To pull the Splash R12 Roster, complete the following sequential steps:
	- Log into R12.
 
	- Select the menu (i.e., navigator) icon in the left corner of the browser. This will display a menu on the left side of the browser. 
 
	- Choose “XXSplashBI Application” and then “SplashBI. This brings up the Splash homepage. 
 
	- Select the menu (i.e., reports) on the left navigation bar. 
 
	- In the “Search Report” box, enter “Roster” and then select “MNPS Employee Roster.” 
 
	- Under the “Action” field, choose the green play button. 
 
	- In the “Timekeeper” group, select the magnifying icon and generate a list of schools. 
 
	- Search for your school by name or location code, select your school, and then select “okay.”
 
	- The TimeKeeper Group should populate in the field, and then choose “submit” to run the Splash R12 Roster. 
 
	- Select the "Refresh" button and wait for the status to change as indicated by a green check mark. 
 
	- Once the status has changed, select "Outputs."
 
	- Choose "Excel" for the output type. 
 
Note: Please be sure to pull a roster for school employees and a roster for cafe employees.
